Melovine Taking an Indefinite Break

After 8 years together Melovine has decided to take an indefinite break. The band is proud of what it accomplished in that time, the music, the live shows, and of course making a connection with great people along the way. The yet to be EP that was recently recorded at Indian Trails Studio will still be released mid-2012 and a final show will be planned for the release of the EP. A message from the band, “We hope the music Melovine created will always live on and may you enjoy these songs as much as we’ve enjoyed playing them for you! Thanks to all our fans, you’re the best!”

Things may seem quiet on the web for Melovine for a while, but that’s only because we’re busier than ever in the studio working on the follow up to Blight. We’ve written over 100 songs(no bullshit lol) for this EP, and finally it is taking shape and nearing a point where we can say this going to be more than worth the wait.
